Outside of this I help run a couple of other businesses, so I've spent a lot of time on the buying side of marketing. Like most owners, we worked through a few mediocre vendors before we found the rare ones who were genuinely great — and that taught me what "good" actually looks like. So I learned the craft myself and pressure-tested it on my wife's window cleaning business, where it filled a real pipeline with booked jobs.
